We seek a client relations manager who is a technology enthusiast to join us on our exciting journey, working with some of the most revolutionary blockchain projects around the world.

Someone who can push back on a client – all of them are in a rush always. Someone who can say no but act as the single point of contact between clients and our team. Organize calls with the client and the team and try to limit it to only once a week. Maintain a relationship with just the project managers act as the only point of contact with the team.

Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with our portfolio of customers at various levels of seniority;
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs;
Act as first point of contact for clients throughout the project delivery process;
Actively seek out new opportunities within existing accounts;
Deliver top tier customer support across our portfolio – every request is an opportunity;
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers on time, every time.
Be the connection between the customer, internal teams, and suppliers (sales, operations, technical, marketing, suppliers)
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Support the team in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
Advocate for customer needs with internal teams;
Present weekly updates to the IBC team on client progress;

Requirements
Experience as a client relationship manager, preferably in a tech company or fast growing company;

Ability to delve into the detail of complex projects, and to simplify them for different audiences;

Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills at various levels of seniority;

Excellent organizational skills;
Keen problem solver;
Degree level education;
Experience in, or strong interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency
